Before anything lapses, you get an email from us with the next renewal scheduled due date. You don’t carry the calendar.

We renew on schedule

We will carry out your annual termite inspection and chemical reapplication to your installed termite management system when due.

The notice is a requirement under the National Construction Code (NCC) and Australian Standard AS 3660 for termite risk management and ensures that current and future homeowners, builders, and inspectors know exactly how the property is protected.
