- Anything the scan flags followed up with the Termatrac’s moisture meter and radar, and the borescope where needed
- Identify any installed termite management system and provide maintenance recommendations
- Pre-Purchase Report. Clear, easy to read and professionally structured, providing precise findings and recommendations in accordance with AS 4349.3, with thermal and standard photos of each anomaly side by side.
- Report delivered within 24 to 48 hours, so you have it before settlement
