- Sub-floor, wall cavities, ceilings, roof voids, and any timber meeting the slab (interior)
- Perimeter, garden bed lines, retaining walls, fence posts, garden timbers, and ground-level moisture sources (exterior)
- Yard and surrounding structures (sheds, garden timbers, fences)
- Full thermal scan of the property with a FLIR E8 Pro thermal imaging camera
- Anything the scan flags followed up with the Termatrac’s moisture meter and radar, and the borescope where needed
- Detailed written report with photos, risk flags, and recommended actions
- Thermal and standard photos of each anomaly, side by side in your report
- Identify any installed termite management system and provide maintenance recommendations
